Overview
Martin joined the Coarchitecture team in 2006 and has been a partner since 2016. He stands out for his meticulous approach and his mastery of the many demands of complex projects, particularly multidisciplinary coordination and the ability to anticipate challenges. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) from 2012 to 2018, he has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to take charge of major projects and successfully expand the firm’s expertise into sectors that were initially less familiar to it.
Professionnel accrédité LEED depuis 2007, Martin a contribué de façon significative à positionner la firme parmi les chefs de file du développement durable dans l’industrie du bâtiment. Il a oeuvré à titre de coordonnateur LEED pour 19 projets certifiés de la firme, dont la toute première certification LEED Or de la Ville de Québec, pour l’édifice Delta 3, obtenue en 2010.
